The first nervous-system-aware assessment and protocol library, built in clinical practice.

The NORM Rhythm Platform delivers NRSI — a 21-domain, 14-index relational inventory — plus evidence-based protocols, outcomes tracking, and research collaboration for clinicians, researchers, and graduate trainees.

For Clinicians

Integrate NRSI into your couples and family practice. Validated scoring, paired-profile reports, 50 couple archetypes, safety gates, and protocols mapped to clinical presentations. Free sample report + 30-min demo.

For Researchers

Request de-identified NRSI dataset access for IRB-approved studies. Longitudinal outcomes, pre/post comparisons, and collaboration on polyvagal-aware relational research.

For Interns & Students

Apply to the NORM Research Internship. Gain hands-on exposure to NRSI, relational assessment design, and clinical-research translation. Cohort-based, mentored by practicing LMFTs.

Why NORM exists

NORM is a relational behavior change model developed over 15+ years of marriage and family therapy practice. It integrates polyvagal theory, attachment science, and somatic regulation into a structured framework of rhythm, resonance, repair, and reconnection. NRSI — the NORM Relational Systems Inventory — operationalizes the model into a validated assessment battery now used in clinical intake, outcomes tracking, and applied research.

NRSI v2.0 Assessment Engine

21 domains, 14 indices, 274 items. Paired-profile couple reports, 50 archetypes, symptom screens, and safety gates — engineered for clinical interpretation.

Evidence-Based Protocols

Skills labs, contract-based interventions, and content tracks mapped to clinical presentations. For in-session, between-session, or research-protocol use.

Outcomes Dashboard

Longitudinal tracking across all 14 indices, pre/post comparisons, and IRB-friendly de-identified export.

Clinician Certification

Training tracks for LMFTs, LCSWs, psychologists, and pastoral counselors who want to integrate NORM into their practice.
